I decided to write this article because I run across a lot of people who ask if they really need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a spiritual cleanse. The simple answer is NO! Most of these people have been approached or have had a fake psychic tell them that they have a curse or a cloud of negative energy following them around and only this psychic can do this cleansing for them for an absurd amount of money. In this article I focus on my favorite ways to cleanse my energy. I enjoy these methods because they are economical, effective, and simple. It is never required or necessary to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on this routine, but you can if you really feel better afterwards and trust the psychic or healer you are working with. We live in the age of information and as such I find it valuable to share this information with you because I wish I knew about it when I needed it.

A spiritual cleanse consists of removing any negative energy from the psychic body and aura. If you are on this article, I’m sure you have heard of the aura. Spiritual people understand that we are spirits or souls with a body. Actually we have more than our physical body. These invisible bodies affect the way we think and feel and process energy around us. We use our physical body to receive this “invisible” information.

Negative energy simply means energy that is low vibrational, examples of low vibrational energy are: guilt, shame, fear, apathy, desire (jealousy), and anger that leads to violence. Psychics experience it as slower and denser energy. In my personal experience, I feel like it as if I’m walking through a room full of Jell-O, sometimes it does look darker as if there was an invisible umbrella in the room. A spiritual cleanse removes low vibrational energy from your psychic body that doesn’t belong to you. Everyone is susceptible to pick up negative energy from someone else or the environment, especially empaths.

You can follow these instructions with some regularity, myself as an empath and psychic, I do these either weekly or monthly depending on how many people I'm meeting or what places I'm going to.

I’m starting a new series titled: Monthly energy readings. The purpose of this series is to give you a preview of the energies that are coming in the following month. Why does this matter? Well, first of all, when you know the energies that are coming, you can prepare on a mental and emotional level. Second of all, you can react in a different way that reflects a more mindful approach, and third, this can give you guidance on your healing journey. We often lose our inner peace when we are surprised by external energies that trigger a wound or imbalance in us. My hope is that you find this information useful.

This energy reading is for everyone that goes by the Gregorian calendar. I have used a combination of basic numerology, and psychic vision to present to you this information.

The energy that I am seeing for June 2022 is one of looking at things through a different lens. You could be seeing yourself and/or a situation differently. It often happens that when you see yourself differently, the things you see also change so keep that dynamic in mind as you go through this month.

Looking at yourself differently comes from last month’s opportunity for separation. In May, I was seeing (which I shared multiple times on my Instagram account, I’m working on sharing this information on the blog too) the energy of walking away or taking some time away to review how you feel, what you really think of a situation, or simply walk away because you know that whatever you’ve been pouring your energy into isn’t making you happy anymore.

This month it is all about self-reflection, moderation, and calculated moves. Looking at what you have invested your time and energy into from different angles. This is your opportunity to look at what you are going to continue investing in. For the things that you choose to continue investing the question then becomes, HOW you will do it? Will you need to set new boundaries? Do you have to review the ground rules for communication? Whatever you choose, look for things that bring beauty and value to you and others.

As I pondered on what to focus on for this blog post, I realized that Spring will be upon us soon. I thought it would be fun to check in with The Tarot to see what messages would come through for the Spring Equinox. I have the perfect deck for the occasion too. The Ostara Tarot by Molly Applejohn, Eden Cooke, Krista Gibbard, and Julia Iredale. Ostara is another word for Spring and it is commonly used and celebrated by Wiccans, Pagans, and Witches. However, you don't have to identify or practice these religions and rituals to read with this deck.

The first message I'll share in this post is one about Love. Now, if you know me or have had a reading with me you know that my idea of love includes romantic, platonic, familial, with self, and any other relationship. When I asked for a Love message I wasn't sure what it would relate to exactly but I'm very satisfied with the message that came through and I hope it brings you the same feeling of love that I got from it. The second message has to do with rebirth, what will pop back into our lives in a new way or will come back to life after a period of distance (winter). Finally the third message is about what we can continue to deal with, what continues to be similar moving forward. I hope that these messages are a contribution to you.

It's time to dream big, to believe that your dreams can come true. If you truly reach for them you'll quickly see them beginning to take shape. If you imagine it, you can have it. Dream big enough to imagine leaving a legacy after you're gone. Your wishes and dreams can change the world. It is your right to see positive change. If you have gone through an unfair situation, the scales will rebalance in your favor. The truth always comes out and this decision will give you the boost you need to reach even higher, or to even begin dreaming again, and to believe in positive outcomes. Your dreams and aspirations can also bring Justice to others and if so, you must not give up on them.

Maybe you had doubts about being able to regain what you lost. But realize that you lost the pieces that were holding you back. The pieces that added difficulty and struggle to your life and to the possibility of your dreams coming true. So it was necessary for them to go. In this next attempt, you'll be a lot more stable. In a way you are freer now from the mess and you can call your own shots. For those that are in the process of having to let things go. Don't be afraid to do so. Yes, it is easier said than done. If you're really going to reach for the moon, you must let go of all the things that tether you to the ground. If you want to fly and move about freely you have to become lighter in spirit and in your body. Is your body asking for more movement, more activity, or are you having to let go of material possessions that keep you stuck in certain places? Think about it.

A lot of the energy that is coming in this season is of a higher vibration and it can be very different than what some people are used to. It scares people when their normal ways of being and their patterns don't work. This is an opportunity to practice faith, faith that you can learn new ways. Faith that if something isn't meant to be, that it will be removed from your path. If you are working on raising your vibration, resist the urge to hold on to these things or to go chasing after them. Be willing to experience true freedom. You can't move into a better future by holding onto your past. Integrate the lessons from the past and they will help you in the future.

I do see an indication of a big change coming to a family connection. While it may seem devastating at first, the cards surrounding it are all favorable. I'm inclined to say that this is a positive change. It could be looking back or because it was a long-time coming.

My purpose for writing this blog post is to educate people that would like to find a good psychic. The more information I can give you, the less chance you’ll have of a negative experience. As a professional psychic I've seen plenty of suspicious and unprofessional behaviors from other “psychics”. I have read from distressed people wondering if they got scammed. In this post I'm sharing the 10 signs I've gathered that will tell you if a psychic is either fake and/or trying to scam you.

​A fake psychic is someone who is pretending to have psychic abilities. They prey on the vulnerability of people to scam them out of their money. Often people interchangeably use fake psychic and psychic scam as the same thing. A psychic scam is a script that a fake psychic uses to trick you out of your money. It makes sense that someone who is pretending would have to use a script in order to gain money from unsuspecting people. This blog post highlights different parts of this script and the common behaviors of these scammers. The more of these signs you see someone displaying, the more chances are that they are fake and you should walk away.

They ask for your full name, date of birth, address, job title, and just about anything that makes you identifiable and can be used to find out details about you online. A real psychic only needs ONE type of information from you, it can be a picture of you, or your name, or date of birth. Each psychic works differently, wait until they tell you what information they need before volunteering any information to them. Just going by this one sign doesn’t mean they are fake, but can be a clue when paired with one or more of the following signs.

This is what’s called a cold-reading. A fake psychic who is an amateur cold-reader, will say something and then see how you react. They do this to gauge how close or far away they are from saying something true about you or your situation. Professional cold-readers usually have incredible shows in Vegas. You will find that they don’t use the title of “Psychic” because they know that what they are doing is just a show.

A fake psychic will focus on only giving you positive and hopeful messages even if there is an important message that needs your attention. A fake psychic wouldn’t be able to pick up on valuable information. Just being told that everything will work out without any clear indication of how is not psychic work, that’s just positive reinforcement and a way to keep you coming back for more. In sign #8 I point out how they make you dependent on them.

A fake psychic will claim and make people belief that they can have 100% accuracy. That is only possible if you’re not saying anything of value. This sign also includes making up reviews or deleting negative reviews. To be human is to err. The accuracy of a real psychic depends on their level of expertise, which comes with practice (something scammers aren’t interested in doing), and the strength of the connection to the client. This connection does not need to be fostered, it either exists or it doesn’t and varies within degrees of strength from person to person. The connection is either there from the beginning or it isn't.
