In this article I focus on my favorite ways to cleanse my energy. I enjoy these methods because they are economical, effective, and simple. It is never required or necessary to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on this routine, but you can if you really feel better afterwards and trust the psychic or healer you are working with. We live in the age of information and as such I find it valuable to share this information with you because I wish I knew about it when I needed it.

A spiritual cleanse consists of removing any negative energy from the psychic body and aura. If you are on this article, I’m sure you have heard of the aura. Spiritual people understand that we are spirits or souls with a body. Actually we have more than our physical body. These invisible bodies affect the way we think and feel and process energy around us. We use our physical body to receive this “invisible” information.

Negative energy simply means energy that is low vibrational, examples of low vibrational energy are: guilt, shame, fear, apathy, desire (jealousy), and anger that leads to violence. Psychics experience it as slower and denser energy. In my personal experience, I feel like it as if I’m walking through a room full of Jell-O, sometimes it does look darker as if there was an invisible umbrella in the room.
