monthly PSYCHIC ENERGY READING - OCTOBER 2022

OCTOBER 2022: "A NEW NEW YEAR."

This month we have The Chariot card. In the Tarot of the Hidden Realm deck, this card is titled The Faery Stallion. I will be talking about the energy of this card in particular for the energy of the month. This energy is present from the 1st to the 31st of the month. I do suggest you revisit this message around the 15th and then around the New moon as you’ll see the messages will still apply.

The first thing I saw when I looked at this card was the energy of determination, focus, and joy. This card represents our connection to Spirit (how appropriate for October), self-confidence, and keeping our eye on the prize.

The Chariot was also the card for January 2022. However, I did not start these readings until May of this year, therefore I have no prior comment I can discuss now about the energy back then. As you see in the video I did take a look at what is the difference and the similarity between this month and January 2022.

The similarity was that it will feel like the start of a new year. If you read my 2022 predictions I had a sense that a lot of people were going to have a split experience at some point during the year. The timing was different for each sign but it was very much present for all signs. This split was going to mark one part of the year as the continuation of 2021 and the other part of the year was going to feel like an actual new year. I don't know about you but there wasn't anything new or exciting about NYE 2022, I'm very much looking forward to this energy now.

The difference between this month and January is that you will be surrounded by a different group of people. Meaning that there were people surrounding you at the beginning of the year who will be replaced by another group of people by the end of October. This could mean that some people will switch jobs, teams, or families some time this month.

The Protective Energy in October 2022

Another message I received was that there would be an energy of a protective older brother who was coming to end the confusion. I feel like this energy is Archangel Michael who is coming to cut away with his sword all the choices that are not for your highest good. The decision-making process is often more complicated when we have too many choices. Allow this energy of the new year to shine and set you free. If you are into Faeries instead of Angels, you can look up The Wild Huntress Dragonfae who also uses a sword to cut away everything that isn’t for a person’s highest good, she brings balance to a situation. Her cuts are painless due to her compassion. Often, it is our mental or emotional attachments to a situation that bring pain instead of relief.

A different way of looking at this energy is through the lens of The Chariot card. This card signifies victory over obstacles. Overcoming these obstacles is not a magical occurrence. It is actually based on learning how to become aware of your thoughts and how to use your words to either protect yourself or to process a solution out of a challenge. In this way, this month, you could become very aware of how you have been processing information and how that has aided you or harmed you up until now. This can also imply that you have to listen more and talk less. Some people get into more trouble when they speak and if this is you, you might want to practice listening before you interject your opinion somewhere. There are a lot of petty arguments that can be avoided when you simply listen before you speak.

The Healing Aspect of October 2022

When it comes to the chakras and energy healing, I see the Solar Plexus chakra represented in this card. This chakra is located above your navel (some people call it the Navel chakra) and it represents personal will, energy, self-control, transformation, and humor. When we have blocks on this chakra we are prone to anger easily, or be too fearful about making changes, we may lack a sense of humor, or feel apathy as the energy is being blocked from fully coming in, and when this block is ignored for decades one can develop digestive problems. The themes that come up this month whether you want to see it through The Chariot or the Solar Plexus chakra are important themes to tackle as we move through to the end of the year.

[Update]: I did not see this through my psychic eye at the time of composing this article, however my logic made way for the connection between the Throat chakra and The Chariot card as well. The throat chakra is responsible for speech and listening (communication), but also for discernment and honesty.

For some people this may point to having to speak up for yourself. As I mentioned earlier this card signifies using your words to protect yourself. If someone is robbing you from your personal power (solar plexus chakra), the communication or the process of organizing your thoughts and then communicating (throat chakra) with this individual can help balance a situation out.

This can also be worked out in the other direction, from the throat chakra to the solar plexus. This can look like the process of beginning to discern what's really going on with a situation. You could have been getting a lot of clues last month when the Devil card energy was in focus, it's possible that you couldn't quite put it together and now this month you are experiencing a major block. Not to worry, the reason you are stuck is to become aware of the situation at hand. To notice the problem in a way. Through clearing the throat chakra you can become aware of any lies that may be present in your situation, this is another way that people can rob you from your personal power, by lying and manipulating you away from your personal rights.

As I'm considering the previous card with the current card and the following one I do see the connection to mental activity and communication. We may notice blocks in our throat chakras as well as in others. I personally like working with healing crystals when it comes to my Throat chakra in addition to Reiki healing. Lapis Lazuli being a wonderful stone to help one clearly and effectively communicate with others.
