Energy healing isn’t the mysterious and hidden activity you may think it is. While there are many techniques that have been developed for a person to bring energy healing to themselves and others. There are also everyday common activities that help keep your energy in balance, and you could already be doing them! What Is Energy Healing?Energy healing is the act of balancing and cleansing the energy around your body. A way to understand this better, which I will expand on in point 6 is when you shower and remove the dirt off your body. Energy healing works in a similar way. Subtle energy is energy that doesn't have a physical component to it and you can't see with your physical eyes, it is only visible to psychics, mediums, healers, Shamans, and anyone with an open Third Eye. Energy healing removes the stuck subtle energy around your energetic bodies. Bodies? Yes, bodies! You may not know that you have more than just your physical body, but in deed you do! You have several energetic bodies that are linked and affect your physical body. One of them is responsible for processing energy and vitality through out your organs, another is dedicated to feelings and emotions, and another is dedicated to your mental activity. These are the energetic bodies I work with in my healing sessions. The following examples are every day activities that can help keep the energetic bodies in balance, leading to a healthier physical body, balanced thoughts and emotions. The reason why energy healing helps with increased relaxation, improvement of good feelings, and increased vitality is because it is working on the energy bodies closest to the physical body. Now, I have a challenge for you. I want you to read the list I’ve composed here and I want you to keep a check of how many of these activities you have done in the past 7 days! Any of the activities you haven’t done in the "LONGEST TIME" could be the reason you are not feeling your best right now. Activity #1 - Exercise Exercises that focus on balance and balancing helps to ground your energy and connects you to your sense of security and stability. Examples of this are; yoga, pilates, riding a bicycle, surfing, paddle boarding, and even skateboarding. Additionally, swimming and hiking or any other sport that involves being out in nature, can have positive effects in your emotional and mental well-being as well. Activity #2 - DancingDancing is a form of non-verbal communication that’s good for your emotional and mental body. Dancing is one way to get in touch with your emotions and it helps to express what you are feeling without needing to find the right words. Dancing can be a therapeutic way of getting in touch with difficult or hidden emotions. If dancing makes you cry out of nowhere know that you are purging these hidden emotions. Activity #3 - LaughingLaughter is a great way of raising the vibration in and around you. Laughing has the power to break negative energy around you. Whether you watch, read, or listen to a funny show or podcast, laughing lifts your spirits. Think about that phrase, lifts your spirits = lifting your energy. This phrase is no coincidence. Full belly laughing can help you let go of anger, fear, and things that you can't control. Activity #4 - Eating A Green Salador drinking a green smoothieA fresh salad (or green smoothie) with green leaves, fruits, veggies, and a light dressing can stimulate your sense of compassion and forgiveness. Choose a smoothie if you have a hard time digesting vegetables. Additionally drinking celery juice as recommended by The Medical Medium is another way of connecting with these ideals. In these example, I have noticed that it first connects you to self-forgiveness and self-compassion in order to extend it to others. Activity #5 - SingingSinging or playing an instrument is another creative way of expressing your feelings and ideas. Even if you aren’t using words like in the case of humming, or improvising words and sounds, it helps relax your body and express yourself in a fun and creative way. Activity #6 - CleaningHave you ever noticed how a dirty space makes you feel uncomfortable, or if you have been feeling sad, how a messy space only makes it worse? Have you ever felt better after cleaning even though the situation hasn't changed? It is because cleaning; whether it's taking a shower, a bath, or cleaning your space is creating a healthy space for your body to hang out in. I recommend using natural ingredients such as Castile soap, water, white vinegar, baking soda, and salt. You can add essential oils for a pleasant smell. The cleaner your body or environment is, the less chance for other people's bad energy to stick around you. Activity #7 - SunbathingSunbathing can have a positive effect on your vitality, mood, and overall energy. Sunbathing is an ancient form of aura cleansing and strengthening. When your aura is in good shape other’s people’s energy affects you less and you can feel more energized. This activity also helps to regulate your circadian rhythm which allows you have an easier time going to sleep at night. When sunbathing learn about sun safety when it comes to the UV index as this can deplete your energy. Drink plenty of water, and stay moisturized. For most people 30 minutes is enough on a regular basis. Do not stay out so long that you begin to feel bothered or grumpy as this is a sign of your energy being depleted. Why Energy Healing?Always practice this with moderation, even receiving energy healing from a healer can become a coping mechanism. The reason you want to have energy healing, whether you are doing it on your own or with a healer is to give you an opportunity to go do the things that you want or have to do in order to improve your life. Stuck subtle energy works like invisible weights that pull you down and drains your energy. Why Should You Hire An Energy Healer?Reason #1: For the insights; your energy healer can provide insights to help you better manage your energy outside of the session. Reason #2: For the convenience; in 1 hour you can receive the benefit of all the activities above, with the added bonus of just sitting in a relaxed position or lying down for your session, and having that time to rest and relax. Reason #3: For the support; an energy healer that has successfully gone through the healing process of what you are now trying to heal, will have the compassion and understanding of what you need. Even if they haven’t, a healthy healer is compassionate, patient, and understanding. They can even provide tough love at the appropriate times.
